This beautiful one-drawer nightstand is hand-crafted in a creamy-colored, knotty pine wood. While the face frame is solid knotty pine, the 2-inch top and 2-inch drawer fronts are constructed of laminated strips of knotty pine laminated. The corner posts and drawer handles are German-peeled, and then hand draw-knifed along with the tops and drawer fronts. This gives each piece its own unique look. The drawers are built with dove-tail construction and the top drawer is lined with Aromatic Red Cedar. The quality side-mounted roller-bearing drawer slides. The drawer slides are side-mounted roller-bearing slides are epoxy coated to give years of trouble free easy rolling use. All of the joints are glued and screwed together using cabinetry construction.
